Cain Marko, also known as the Juggernaut, is a fictional character appearing in Marvel Comics. He is primarily associated with the X-Men.

Cain gained his superhuman powers after discovering and touching the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak during his time serving in the military alongside his step-brother, Charles Xavier. The gem transformed him into an unstoppable avatar of the mystical entity Cyttorak.

As the Juggernaut, Marko possesses immense strength, durability, and invulnerability. He is virtually unstoppable once he gains momentum. While not technically a mutant, he is often considered an adversary of the X-Men, clashing with them on numerous occasions.

Over the years, Juggernaut's relationship with the X-Men has fluctuated. At times he has been a villain, while at others he has found himself reluctantly allied with them. His motivations are often driven by anger and a desire for power.
